Correspondence Secretary
Yolanda Jackson

Yolanda Jackson is a native of Jackson, MS, and has been employed with USDA-NRCS for over 20 years.  She has worked with the program and easement team during her entire career.  Her passion is working with landowners and socially disadvantaged farmers in the state of Mississippi.  I am proud to work for an agency that continues to evolve with its many changes as well as challenges. But we must always stay centered on our purpose and agency goals, to make sure conservation is put on the ground to enhance the sustainability success of our customers farming production.

Yolanda has been a member of the organization since 2012 and shortly after joining the organization she became a lifetime member.  She has been the Correspondence secretary for the past 2 years, and has enjoyed working with the board members.

Yolanda is a graduate of Hinds Community College and Jackson State University.  She enjoys reading and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
